Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Zeb is almost 5 years old. He was originally rescued about 6 months ago from a house where he was kept in the back yard for 4 years. Even though he had a rough start Zeb is a great dog. House and crate trained. Loves to go on hikes play ball and rides well in the car. Zeb is a mini Aussie. He weighs about 35 pounds, so he could stand to lose a few pounds. He was adopted 4 months ago and has been living in a home with cats since then. He does pretty well with them, but he will chase every once in a while in a playful manner. Unfortunately, the new owners can't keep Zeb because they are being transferred to Hawaii. He is currently staying with them in Tahoe until the time for them to move becomes closer. Zeb has a typical Aussie personality; active but will calm down in the house. He bonds very quick with his people. - Since all of our adoptable pets are currently in foster homes, please contact Animal Rescue Recon to set up an appointment for a meet and greet. If there is already a dog or children in the home, please plan on bringing them too.
- Pictures of secured fencing are required for all Animal Rescue Recon dogs unless approved for apartment living.
- If you rent a home or apartment we need to review your lease agreement to verify pets are allowed upon adoption.
