My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kanu is a four year old purebred bengal. He is a neutered male. We adopted him when he was a kitten from a reputable breeder (all pedigree documents will be included in the adoption). He is very energetic, intelligent, and loves to be involved. Bengals are prized for being hypoallergenic, and my husband has had no reactions to him in these four years. He enjoys being close to you when you take a shower or bath, and loves to drink fresh water from the faucet. He enjoys high places to perch on. While we were child-proofing our home, we learned that one of his favorite toys are plastic outlet covers, which he slides around the floor and plays fetch with.

Since his adoption, we have had two children and are unable to provide the enrichment a Bengal needs. He has started to scratch and stalk our toddler, who in turn eggs him on and doesn't know when to stop playing with him. Kanu needs a home with older children or adults who can know when a cat needs to be left alone and how to play safe
