My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rex came into Dusty Paws foster care needing surgery to correct proptosis of one of his eyes caused from an injury. He is doing very well after surgery in early June and his vet expects him to recover with full vision.

Rex appears to be a cross between a Pomeranion and a Chihuahua. He is a puppy, approximately 10 weeks old as of July 1. A delightful little fellow, he is very playful, happy, and full of personality. He gets along well with Lola, the much bigger family dog in his foster home. Rex knows how to use a dog door and is making progress getting house trained. He is fine with sleeping in a crate at night.

Rex is neutered and microchipped and is current on his puppy vaccinations as well as the canine influenza vaccine.
