Welcome Frankie to CCPAL. He is a 5-month-old Shepherd/Collie mix is what he looks most like. He has semi-erect ears when he is listening. He is smart, good with other dogs, learns quickly, attentive and likes affection. Frankie is a little shy and submissive and will do wonderfully with another dog or someone who is patient and gentle in their training technique. He is smart, loyal and very cute. He is not as active as his brother and has the normal amount of energy of other dogs his age. He is pretty decent on a leash and was catching on quickly when we were working with him but he would get a little shy when things startled him and he wanted to run. He is very cute and has the most endearing personality. He is healthy, up on his shots, neutered soon and will be ready for his forever home. Frankie is in Texas and can be adopted locally. We can also work with a transporter to get him to the East Coast, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Vermont, Washington and Oregon. His adoption fee is 200 and transport is 185.
