My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DYNA is a beautiful girl with a great, outgoing personality! She is a hefty girl, about fifteen pounds, about six years old, a beautiful gray and white shorthair tuxedo kitty with very soft cuddly fur. She may have been passed around a bit as a kitten, but lived for six years with a growing family. She was surrendered to the shelter due to allergies manifested by one or more of the kids. Not her fault, of course.

After a couple days of observation of her new surroundings, she was ready to come out and meet some new friends. She is living in one of our smaller rooms with a few other cats, whom she appears to tolerate. When stressed, she finds a little hidey-hole. It’s amazing the little space that this large cat can squeeze into. She is easily found, however, and is very agreeable to being picked up and cuddled and cooed to. She is really a very sweet gentle kitty. Let’s find Dyna a new forever home soon, where she can be loved and cherished again.
