Hello, my name is Steve. I am a shy boy that was rescued with many other kitties when a kill shelter in another state was going to put us all down. Some nice people saved us and brought us to no-kill shelters here in Oregon, like SFOF. I have taken awhile to really settle in, but I am such a sweetheart. I need a quiet home where I can come out of my shell on my own time and my own terms. I will try to hide if you push me too fast. I am pretty nervous and don't like loud sounds or chaos around me. Because of this I can't be in a home with children younger than 15 or dogs, it would be way too scary for me and hinder my adjustment time. I should be ok with other cats as long as they are nice and can play with me. And you'll find out once I trust you that I like to play! I may start off slow but I can play just as much as any other kitten! If you have time, patience, and love for a shy kitty that just needs a forever home, then please come spend time with me so we can see if it's a match!
