Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This past weekend we welcomed Lady into our Almost Home Foster Kennels Rescue.
Lady is a small Beagle Mix; possibly a Beagle/Dachshund mix. Lady is a one-year young and weighs 22#.
She was discovered as a stray in Pulaski County KY near the city of Somerset. She was incarcerated at a high-kill shelter until she was pulled by Almost Home Foster Kennels. She was vetted in Kentucky and last weekend made her way North to Minnesota.
Lady is fully vetted, including spay and microchipped. She is crate-trained, and we are working on potty-training; it is a work in progress.
Lady is a cuddler. She loves to be with her human. She is a lap dog and her preference is to be in the lap of anyone that will have her. She has a great temperament and gets along with all the dogs here at rescue. She has not been cat tested, however, we can do that upon request.
Lady knows how to use a dog door. With Beagles; we require a securely fenced yard. It would be ideal if Lady’s fur-ever home had another fur-sibling of the approximately the same age, or if her human worked from home or had a stay at home position.
Please contact me for an Adoption Application/Agreement if you are interested in a meet/greet with Lady.
