My foster mom says:
Norris is a fantastic little dog. He loves my dog, they play together well and seem to enjoy each other‘s company. Norris is a super cuddly sweet dog with a great personality. He doesn’t bark. He only had one accident in the beginning and seems to have figured out where to go to the bathroom outside. I think he might be a good fit for a family with kids or other dogs because he seems to be really active and loves to play. He loves lap time and cuddling on the bed. He doesn’t seem at all traumatized or have any nervous issues. All in all, Norris is a great dog and someone is going to be very lucky to get him.
