My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Roxy was originally adopted from the Simi Valley animal shelter and lived in a home with an 11 year old kid that she loved. Her dad was a little league coach and she love the perk of being able to use the baseball field as her private playground. She would run like the wind. She is crate trained, housebroken and non destructive when home alone. After only 5 months in her adopted home her family had to move and could not take her with them. Roxy was walked every day but did not get to engage with other dogs. Her owners did not have the confidence to deal with her over excitement around other dogs. She is going to need an experienced owner to help work on her social skills. She was likely a backyard dog and needs to learn that new dogs are good things. Roxy is a youngster with her whole life ahead to learn all you can teach her.
