Victor's estimated DOB is 7/1/2017. He came into rescue from a situation in which he had been seriously injured. As his photos show, his teeth are malformed. Victor has been healing and is now ready for his forever home. He needs someone who understands his condition and that he looks a bit different, but he has the heart of a movie star! He's definitely "tons of fun"! Victor needs to be in a home without cats and would do best where there are no young children. Victor is current on vaccines, neutered and microchipped.
