Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Carter is part of a litter of 11 puppies he came in with his mother when he was around 4 weeks old . His adoption fee covers neutering, vaccines for his age, deworming, flea treatment.

IN the pictures he is the one who has 1 large eye patch and 1 smaller eye patch

Mother - Lab mix ( owner didn't know what else she was mixed with)
