My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cory is one of the most adorable little nuggets we have ever met. This little guy's favorite thing is climbing in someones lap and having a cuddle. He loves to be carried around and just generally loved.

We don't know a whole lot about Cory's previous life but we are fairly certain that he was not taught a whole lot about being a dog. When he came to us he was absolutely terrified of being leashed up and walked outside but we have worked with him and he is doing much better. We have also discovered that he sometimes guards his toys so between this and his small size we feel if there are children in the home older children would be better.

Cory will need a family that understands that he will need some training and understanding in order to be the best dog he can be.

If you would like to meet this special dog, please email dogs@lunashouse.org to set up an appointment. Please be patient to hear from us as we are all volunteers and may not be able to respond immediately.

Our volunteers make sure just the right home is chosen for me so they require a home visit to make sure there are no safety issues that could hurt me. You must live within a 50 mile radius of our location in order to be considered.

The adoption fee is $250 and includes vaccines, flea prevention treatment, neuter/spay, and micro chipping. Like us on Facebook!!

Disclaimer:

Visual breed identification in dogs in unreliable, for most of our dogs we are making the best guess at what the predominant breed or breed mix might be. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each dog based on personality and temperament, not breed label.
