Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Reyes is very cuddly, happy, and absolutely loves to play with other dogs, although he doesn't show excitement or response seeing other dogs on a walk.. He loves being around me and is very, very affectionate toward people. The only issue is that he cannot seem to get along with my cats. He is never aggressive toward them, but will not stop barking at and chasing the kitties. He is absolutely preoccupied with the cats because of his Treeing Walker Coonhound and Border Collie breed traits. My cats are stressed from all the attention and the new restriction of their space to the point where it is just not fair. I adore him and am heartbroken.
I have a fairly large yard, but the more space the better for this guy. He is very intelligent, and without proper stimulation and exercise, he will find his own task to work on, such as patrolling for squirrels. Reyes is active in the morning/afternoon after waking up, but calms right down for the rest of the day after playing.
