Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Up for adoption in New England: Shelby.
We can’t help but love this cute little face! This sweet girl is around 1.5 years old weighs about 50 pounds.
Shelby is a lover and the best snuggler! She loves to be with her people and is happy to curl up with you on the couch or venture outside for some playtime!
Shelby has lots of positive energy to share! Shelby loves her fur brother but is still learning how to play with her other fur friends.
She is learning to walk on leash and Shelby has had some training and we’d love to have her continue with this so that she can thrive in her forever home. Shelby would benefit from a confident owner who is ready and willing to help her meet her full potential.
When she is home alone she may benefit from staying in her crate, as she sometimes likes to nibble on shoes and such when she is able to get her paws on them. :)
Shelby is small, but strong and can still jump a bit, so we’d recommend a home with adults or adults and older children and a fenced in yard. Shelby would love it if someone in her forever family could be home with her most days!
Shelby is housebroken, but still benefits from being let out frequently. She is a medium energy dog who will settle in nicely once you are ready to relax!
Shelby’s favorites: treats (she sits on command and is working on other cues), ear rubs, playing with her fur brother, singing (yes, she will sing with you!), playing fetch, swimming, and chewing on her marrow bones!
She is spayed, up to date on her vaccines and microchipped.
