Cowboy’s owner got him as a puppy from a family friend. The mother was a yorkie and father was a terrier/chihuahua mix. Cowboy was kept mostly outdoors around livestock. He loyally worked the fields with his owner until unforeseen circumstances struck. His owner had to move out of the country and couldn’t bring him along. Cowboy ended up being left behind and was surrendered to our rescue by a family member who couldn’t keep him. Cowboy has been passed around and needs a loving and stable home. He is such a sweetheart and deserves commitment.
