Takeshi is an adult neutered male Akita. He is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, on flea/heartworm prevention, heartworm negative, has his stomach tacked courtesy of Akita Rescue Society of FL, is house trained, crate trained, and leash trained. Takeshi can go to a home as an only pet or with the right mellow female.

Takeshi comes to us from a shelter in TN. He was in a shelter in 2017 along with a pregnant female. They were taken in by an all breed rescue in TN. In May 2019, the rescue was raided and all dogs were confiscated. Takeshi, the female Akita, and 2 of the puppies were still there, living in crates and in sad conditions.

Takeshi ADORES people and just wants all the love. Takeshi had a mouth full of rotten, broken, and abscessed teeth and they have since been removed. Takeshi would do well in a home as an only pet or with the right female.
