My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Tucker! The best bet is that I am a Basenji mix. I am almost 1.5 years old. My poor mom has really bad allergies and cannot control them with allergy medicine so I need to find a new home. I currently live with my mom, dad, human brother (7) and 2 human sisters (3,9). I have a ton of energy so I really appreciate walks and playing outside. I get to go to the dog park often so I get along with other dogs too. I also do LOVE to snuggle. I am really good at sitting, waiting for my food, laying down, going into my house/crate when asked, and walking on a leash. I still need to work on 'drop it' when playing fetch. I do get a little crazy when the kids are crazy, so right now, I may do better with a family with either no kids, yet, or older kids. I am very gentle with the kids but I want the same attention they are getting. I would love a new family that can give me lots of exercise, lots of attention, and willing to do a little training.
