Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Coming Soon:
Hi, I'm Hank. I was found as a stray, but thanks to ASF, I am ready to find my
furever home. I'm about 3-4 years old, neutered, and UTD on all of my shots.
My foster mom says I'm a medium energy Aussie. That's because I love to run and wrestle with my foster fur siblings, or play ball with her for awhile, and then I'm ready to relax or take a nap. I like to do that a few times a day, but when it's bedtime, I settle right down and go right to sleep.
I love going on car rides and I'm always a gentleman in public. Whenever she takes me to the store, everyone ooos and ahhs over me and wants to pet me. I LOVE all the attention. I know that if I'm very polite and gentle with everyone, they pet me even more!
My foster mom says I need to keep practicing walking on a leash and my basic obedience, but I know how to sit for a treat and I really want to please my people. I love it when she tells me I'm a good boy.
When my foster mom leaves, I wait patiently until she gets home, she just leaves me out in the house. (That's good because I hate being crated.) She can trust me not to bother things or leave any messes while she's gone. When she comes home, I go into full wiggle butt mode to show her how much I missed her.
I would love to find a furever family that has a fenced yard and another fur baby for me to play with. (I sort of like cats but I'd really love another pup to run and wrestle with. ) I haven't been around too many kids, but I think having an older child of my own to play with would be the broth on the bone.
If you think I would be the pawfect addition to your family, please fill out an adoption application at www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/adoption-application.
