My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Xena was rescued from a feed lot somewhere in and around Riverside County, CA. She is a very sweet and gentle girl. She came to us skin and bones with cuts all over her legs. Her cuts have healed nicely and she has a poochy stomach now, that she proudly struts around. She gets along with the herd but is low woman on the "totum pole". She needs to have some love and attention and eat on her own.
She is a lover not a fighter. We are seeking a forever loving home and we recommend Xena as a pet, a companion horse, or a light rider for English or trails for a light weight young woman. She loads trims, and is well mannered and easy to handle. We would be able to trailer her to the right horsie home. (previous horse ownership required, and a clean fenced in pasture with no barded wire) Please email for pictures or call us to book a viewing.
