My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lenny is an approximately 2 year old brindle and white neutered male
Akita. He was tracked for days by Animal Control as he was abandoned in
the country by his previous owner. Once captured, he had no hair and his
body was encrusted with blood and scabs. Because of the dedication of an
animal control officer, Lenny was able to begin treatment for 6 weeks at
the county facility until MARS was able to step in and take Lenny on as a
foster dog. Now Lenny is absolutely gorgeous and his hair just keeps on
growing in thicker and healthier. Lenny has been given a clean bill of
health and is ready for his new home. He was tested around cats and other
animals at animal control with no aggressive response. Lenny is a goofy
boy with a "just wanna love everyone" attitude!
