My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

FOSTER-TO-ADOPT.  Phoebe is available on a foster-to-adopt basis. She is up-to-date on her first set of shots, but she is too small to spay at this time. If you would like to adopt Phoebe, you will foster her until her spay is complete, at which time her adoption will be finalized with you. The rescue covers the costs of her spay, shots, and any required medical while in foster care.

Phoebe was found without her Mama when she was approximately 4 weeks old.  She is a feisty kitten who loves to play!   Phoebe is in a foster home with dogs (small and large), cats, and kids. She gets along great with all of them!   Due to her outgoing nature, Phoebe cannot be an only pet and she would do best in a home with playful dogs or cats.  If there are dogs in the home, they must be cat-friendly.  Phoebe is NOT afraid of dogs and she will not run from them because all of her experience with dogs has been positive.  In fact, her playmate at her foster home is an 8 month old small breed puppy. 

She is still very much a kitten, so she is learning that hands are not for clawing or biting.  Phoebe will need someone patient to teach her about appropriate toys!  She is fully box trained and eats solid kitten food.  Her purr is very loud, so you know when she is happy!   When she isn't playing, she loves to cuddle and enjoys attention.
