Hi, my name is MR. BROWN, formerly BOLT. (We didn't want to give you the wrong idea about my name (that I would "bolt") but you may still see me posted with either name. I'm the one and only, Mr. Brown or Bolt!) What's your name? Nice to meet ya!
Hey! Before you get attached to me, read all the way to the bottom. You will see that I am still in Houston, TX but I want to get OUT of Houston and OUT of Texas so I can have a really good life. I want to see Texas in my rear view mirror. A nice person came along and took me in and, now, I am ready to hit the road to your house! Uh, make that “our” house, OK? I definitely want a home with a fenced-in yard so I can run and play and be safe. (You may see me posted in other cities looking for my new home - - under either name.)
Wanna know more about me? OK, here goes! I am a Dachshund/Chihuahua mix, the vet says. I am 1- year old! I weigh 10 pounds. I have had all of my shots and have been neutered and I have a microchip, whatever THAT is. I am house-trained and crate-trained. YAY ME!
Can you stand hearing more good stuff about me? I am very dog-friendly AND very cat-friendly. I love all humans of the FEMALE kind. I'm scared of men and boys. I'm not mean to them. They just scare me. Before I was rescued, maybe a male was mean to me. I can't remember for sure. At any rate, though, I AM a nice boy. I just need a female home. OK? Maybe you need me as much as I need you???
