Here's what the humans have to say about me:
She is a hunting dog brought here from Illinois in June. Belonged to a relative there who is a wildlife biologist and hunter and has raised and trained Irish Setters all his life. She is 4 yrs. old and a beautiful dog.
She does not behave well with children. We have 8 grandchildren and she has scared them by barking and growling at them. Has never bitten one yet, but we can't take the chance. Also, we have a very small yard in a 55+ community and she needs to run more than we can provide. We walk her three times a day for potty etc. but she needs to run. Would love to find her a home with a big yard and lots of outdoor activity. (Horses, farm, ranch, etc.) Supposedly she is not a good hunting dog, but she has hunting in her blood. When we walk her she sniffs constantly after rabbits, rodents, lizards, birds: you name it.
She does not potty inside and does not chew or ruin furniture.
