Hi there, I'm Adrian! I'm a big brindle girl with a huge heart. I live in a foster home with my foster dad & a small dog friend. While he is at work I politely go into my kennel and wait for his return. As long as I have a kong or my favorite bone to play with I'm content. When he gets home I love to go in the backyard and play ball. I also go to daycare a few days a week to socialize with my dog friends. I do great at daycare and mingle well with dogs of all sizes and breeds. I do great on car rides and I'm always excited to see what new adventure we are going on. I'm an adult dog, so there is no worry about me having accidents in the house like those silly puppies everyone drools over. I wak great on a leash and I'm always down for a Saturday afternoon stroll through the park. I can't wait to find a forever family to spend the rest of my life with!
All of our pets start their journey in Memphis Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted.
In order to qualify for ALIVE’s program all of the following steps must be met: • You must be at least 24 years of age and be able to provide ALIVE with proof of age. • Any current pets must be up to date on vaccinations, and be spayed/neutered. Exceptions to this will only be considered if proof of a medical explanation is provided. • If you currently rent, you must provide a landlord’s phone number and a copy of your executed lease. • All members of the family living in the home where the animal will be placed must be interviewed. • Allow an ALIVE Rescue Memphis representative into your home for a visit to insure that your home is safe for the potential new dog or cat. • Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide training, medical treatment and proper care for a pet.
Currently, the requested donation to adopt a dog from ALIVE Rescue Memphis in the Memphis area over 4 months of age is $275.00, a dog under 4 months of age is $300.00 and a cat is $150.00.
Currently, the requested donation to adopt a dog from ALIVE Rescue Memphis to the Nashville area is $325.00. The $325.00 adoption fee includes transport to the Nashville area.
Currently, the requested donation to adopt a dog from ALIVE Rescue Memphis to the Chicago area is $475.00. The $475.00 adoption fee includes transport to the Chicago area.

Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you submit an application immediately to start the adoption process. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, ALIVE Rescue Memphis is operated 100% by volunteers. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.
