My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Paul is an all around good boy. He loves attention and other dogs. Paul loves a good cuddle and hugs. he is an adult boy who has put the puppy shenanigans behind him. He is house broken and walks well on leash. Since Paul had been intact all of his life (before joining our rescue in July of 2019), he can be a bit of a flirtatious bachelor with other dogs. As long as the other dogs are clear that they are not interested, he minds his manners and is a gentleman. He is respectful of cats but not afraid to set boundaries (a cat that is being rude/invading his space while he is napping may receive a soft growl in warning). Paul is still working on being comfortable in the kennel and has some mild separation anxiety that may get better with time. I think he would make a great family dog or first dog for a new owner.
