My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We are a foster based rescue and thus do not have a facility where all of our rescues are kept. Our foster based program allows for dogs a loving home environment similar to the one they will hopefully be adopted to. We have foster homes in multiple geographic areas.

Napoleon is a handsome 18 month old Great Pyrenees mix that needs a new home. His owner had him since he was six weeks old but due to her moving back in with her mother, she can't keep him. He is a tall guy but only weighs about 56 pounds. He is agile and athletic and seems to have the Pyr temperament. We think Napoleon would best be placed in a home without any other animals, although his owner did take him to the dog park. When in a home situation with another dog, he didn't like to share his toys but was fine with sharing food. He is a friendly guy and would love to go for hikes or runs if his owner enjoyed that type of thing. He is new to our program and we are just beginning to learn all about him and will update his posting as we learn more.
