This handsome guy is Mickey, a Lab/Boxer mix around 1.5 years old who was surrendered to Kiko’s care when his young owner could no longer keep him. Friendly and well socialized, Mickey used to live with a Chihuahua, and loves playing with the 30-pound male dog at his foster home.
Mickey never really had much training, but his foster dad has been teaching him the basics and he’s been doing great. He would do better in a house rather than an apartment, and would love an active adopter to take him on long walks. Mickey, weighing in at a little over 50 pounds, is a happy, energetic young dog with loads of potential.
You can meet Mickey at the Beaconsfield Pet Fair on September 7. If you’re interested, please complete an adoption questionnaire on our website.

All Kiko dogs have been examined by a veterinarian, vaccinated, dewormed and tested for heartworm (if deemed necessary), microchipped, sterilized, and require an adoption fee of $400 and an adoption contract.
