Okay… really? Why is Roscoe still in rescue? There is simple no explanation, he is a great dog! Everyone who meets him loves him. This big handsome lug is an absolute love! He loves to go for walks, but is strong on leash. Likes other dogs, however, requires slow introduction. He actually coos when getting lots of love. Roscoe has been misunderstood in the past as he is vocal. When he plays he makes grumbling noises, yet has never done anything to hurt another dog or human. His body language and demeanor tell a story of absolutely happy-go-lucky.
