My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Finn...an approximately 6 month old neutered male Lab mix puppy. This baby is a survivor even at such a young age.

You see Finn was rescued from a known dumping ground in Livingston Parish. He and his sibling were dumped late one night near an elderly lady's property. This is a constant problem and with no parish wide animal control there is know where for strays to go. Sadly, his sibling was shot and killed by someone on that road. They shot Finn but thankfully they only hit his tail. Finn is such a sweet boy and he deserves a wonderful forever home. He's been treated by our vet and thankfully his tail is healing nicely. He may always have a kink in his tail but hey that's just part of his story. Finn tested NEGATIVE for heartworms and was good with the other dog and cats on the property he was rescued from.

Finn is available for adoption through Swampy Paws and his adoption fee is $200. If includes all vaccinations, dewormer, flea/heartworm prevention, heartworm test, vet check and neuter.

A fenced yard and home visit are REQUIRED to adopt.
