Tabitha is a small cat who has had some big problems in her short life. She was an indoor cat who lived with a little girl and her parents until her human family moved away. Tabitha was left alone, locked in the house with her litter of four kittens. Eventually, Tabitha attracted the attention of neighbors when she climbed up on the window sills and clawed at the venetian blinds, trying to get out. Tabitha and her kittens were moved outside, where neighbors provided food and water. Within days the kittens disappeared and Tabitha spent her days hiding in the bushes growing near the house. Tabitha was rescued, and she needs a forever loving home. She is sweet and affectionate. She loves to be petted and cuddled. She is calm, alert, and well behaved.
