This adorable, sweet, smart and fun little puppy is CHESTER! He is what we call the total package. CHESTER most enjoys giving kisses, getting belly rubs and cuddling with dogs, kitties, and humans. He also loves his playtime. He is a big fan of toys, romping around the yard and playing with his pup friends. CHESTER can often be found spending time with the human children in the house and following anywhere they go. He is a friendly and affectionate little guy who is thrilled to go absolutely anywhere your heart desires. His positive attitude and curious nature makes him the perfect buddy for any of your outdoor adventures. CHESTER is also a very clever pup and we think would excel in obedience or other types of training. He basically is a candidate for everything life has to offer. As of 9/10/19, CHESTER will be 12 weeks old and is doing fabulous with his potty training. He has already mastered how to be a perfect gentleman in his crate when his foster family isn’t home. He is truly a dream puppy! CHESTER’s forever family is going to be so blessed to have him.

CHESTER is microchipped and up to date on all vaccinations including 2 rounds of both the H3N2 and H3N8 canine influenza vaccinations.
His $490 adoption fee includes his interstate health certificate and the cost of transport to the Midwest after he is officially adopted.

All of our dogs start their journey in Memphis, Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted. Once adopted, some pups stay local in Memphis. Many others travel via one of our transport partners to their new forever homes. We use Pet Express (https://petexpresstupelo.wordpress.com) and Alpha Dog Transport (https://alphadogtransport.com) for our Nashville, Knoxville and New England adoptions. For our Midwest adopters, we have our own private transport.
Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well-educated decision from well qualified staff.
Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you request, complete, and submit an application before asking additional questions. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Woof River is 100% volunteer operated. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.
