My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zowee...Zippy...ZOEY !

Our newest little angel came to us from a local shelter, sitting and waiting for someone to see what a great girl she really is. Our foster mom did just that and now Zoey is experiencing a loving and safe dog's life.
The ride home from the shelter was new to Zoey but she proved to be excellent in the car. Properly secured and able to look out the window Zoey didn't make a peep on the way to her foster home. Once there, introductions to the foster's dog, Harmony went very well. The meet-n-greet between Zoey and the foster's cat did go well because in the beginning the cat kept to herself, but eventually Zoey and the cat became BFFs. (see photo)

Zoey is very puppy-like. At 3 yrs old, everything is new and an adventure to Zoey.
The foster mom gave Zoey time to explore the yard then it was time for a bath, dinner and a walk with her new friend Harmony.
Zoey likes other smaller, calmer dogs. Everything is new to her and Zoey enjoys the company and play of a smaller dog rather then a larger dog. Zoey is gentle, calm and is a true snuggle bug. In fact laying her head on your lap and being close is her specialty.
Her foster mom takes her for plenty of walks and Zoey is learning proper leash walking manners. An added bonus with Ms Zoey is that she comes when you call her.
The rescue recommends a completely fenced yard.

Zoey is a Lab, Boxer, Pit mix, 34 pounds, UTD on vaccinations, spayed, house broken and micro chipped.
