Hi! My name is Louie! What's yours? Nice to meet ya!
Hey! Before you get attached to me, read all the way to the bottom. You will see that I am still in Houston, TX but I want to get OUT of Houston and OUT of Texas so I can have a really good life. I want to see Texas in my rear view mirror. A nice person came along and took me in and, now, I am ready to hit the road to your house! Uh, make that “our” house, OK? I need a house with a fenced-in yard so I can run and play in safety. (You may see me listed in several cities looking for my new home.)
Wanna know more about me? OK, here goes! I am a Red Heeler/Terrier mix. I am almost 2 years old. I weigh 40 pounds. I have had all of my shots and have been neutered so I am ready to travel to my new home with YOU. I have also been microchipped - whatever THAT is!
I need an experienced owner. I'm basically a working dog so I'm very active. I love playing with toys and I LOVE to swim and I'm a good swimmer! I'm so active that I've graduated from Basic Agility and I'm now enrolled in Intermediate Agility Training. Good huh? If you're a very active single, couple or family with older kids, 12 and up, I'd be perfect for you. Don't you agree?
I like playing with other doggies. I like kids, too, but I'd do better in a home with NO LITTLE ONES to pull on my tail and ears. Ya know what I mean? I need a rather quiet home so I don't get over-stimulated. I am a young and energetic pup and like to play and cuddle.
By the way, I don't like cats.
