My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet  RUSS ! This senior big boy came into the CRF family not long ago and we are so glad that he did. As you can see from his photos, Russ has some skin issues and he's a bit underweight. We are addressing those while in foster care.  Russ has been found to be heart, eyes and patella clear though which is great for his age! Soon enough Russ will be in tip top shape. Oh and yes, did we mention he's a BIG boy. Despite coming to us underweight at 35 pounds, he really is all big boy and should truly weigh closer to an estimated 39 pounds!! We say it's more to love!

A little something from his foster mom:
Russ has things to do, places to go and people to see!! He is busy and on guard for birdies, squirrels or kitties and will let you know he is on the job!! He is silly and very expressive with his "looks"!  He loves to snuggle his blankie and sleep on our bed at night! He sleeps well through the night and may try to take up a lot of room on the bed too! He is good a sized guy and always ready to sprint outside to hunt lizards! Alas, he does not catch them, but it does not deter him from trying! He has some commands but is sometimes too busy to sit for long! His favorite spot is snuggling and smooching on the easy chair! He loves a scratch on his back and will give you doggie hugs for more pats and scratches. He is waiting on his fur to grow back and should be quite furry by next winter. Russ is a very enthusiastic eater,  no picky eater here! He is always ready for a drink too. What's not to love about this big guy!

Russ' adoption fee is $300.
