Meet BUMPER! Bumper is an adorable little Shih Tzu that just LOVES to play fetch! He is a cuddlebug and gets along with other small dogs too! He does get frightened during loud thunderstorms, but Minnesota storms have very loud BOOMS! Who can blame him?

Bumper is truly a goofy, sweet boy that would do well in a mature home with no children, and where his humans are home more than away. He would benefit from having a small, respectful doggy sibling to hang out with too!
