My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rusty is a spunky 9 year old Pomeranian/Long haired Chihuahua. Rusty had a loving home but sadly his Mom is now moving into a retirement community and she cannot take all of her furry little pals with her. So, we have been enjoying Rusty's company in the meantime while he finds just the perfect home once again. Rusty is an active little guy, almost puppyish the way he adores his toys!! He loves to run and zip around the yard with the other dogs but does consider himself as the boss man with some of the younger dogs, I guess it come with age! Rusty was overly protective of his Mom but he has not been that way in our home, of course a totally different dynamic, but he could once again take on a possessive roll. For that reason he will need a dog savvy person that will not let Rusty run the show. You know those little dogs are the most hard headed of them all!! He is quite the little character and a lot of fun. He would be perfect for an adult family/couple/person that wants a special little guy in their life to enjoy walks, snuggles on the couch or some good playtime. He will go home with his favorite food, his most prized toys and other supplies. Rusty's adoption fee is $125. Please email Kristine at joysparrows@gmail.com.
