Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This happy 8-month old Pointer/Lab/Border Collie Mix has been the light of our house since we adopted him 5 months ago. He captured our hearts after searching for an ideal rescue pup to use as a potential Service Dog. We immediately worked on crate and house training him, and were amazed by how easy he is to train. He loves to play fetch, tug-a-war & enjoys going on long walks (withstands a steady 2-mile walk/jog), so he would be an ideal exercise partner!
Sparky completed a formal 14-day puppy obedience training with Central Florida K-9, but unfortunately we learned that he was ideal for Therapy Dog training, but not for Service Dog. We continued to keep providing Sparky love and affection, but we recently found/received another dog who has begun Service Dog training; therefore, no longer able to keep him due to Sparky being a distraction to the Service pup. Sparky would be ideal for a home with a fenced back yard, none or other dog(s) similar in age/size, no kids.
