My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Edge is a wonderfully fun loving energetic dog. He just wants to play, go for long walks and curl up with you for the evening. "Take my sister and I home with you."
He was born in VA in 2010 and picked up from the Humane Society. He was hit by a car in 2012 that damaged his rear right leg. He had surgery, but still limps mostly due to arthritis but won't let this slow him down. He also contracted heartworm in 2015 but was cured and has tested negative every year since. He is on Flea, heartworm, and tick treatment and up to date on all of his vaccines. He does have a skin allergy but it stays under control with a half pill of Apoquel every day. He is a healthy, energetic dog that tolerates our 2.5 yr old just fine. He loves other dogs but gets very anxious whenever he sees them. If outside, he gets very excited and yelps when he sees anything such as dogs, animals or humans. He is a great guard dog and will let you know if anyone is near the house!
