***ADOPTIVE FAMILY WANTED FOR THIS SPECIAL GIRL***

Abby is a sweet and friendly 1.5 year old lab mix looking for a home.
Her story is heartbreaking and her rescue pictures are too gruesome to post. She is a walking miracle to have survived the negligence and suffering.

She was found on the streets of Cairo.
The lady that spotted her thought she was dead, and head over to collect her body and give her the burial she deserved, so it wouldn’t rot on the streets as if it didn’t matter after death just like it hadn’t when she was alive.
When she got closer though she noticed the eyes moved and there was a slight movement of the chest.
She rushed her to the vet, and it turned out that Abby, besides being super emaciated she also had distemper.
It has taken months for her to fully recover, and get the zest for life again.
There were many moments the rescue volunteers didn’t think recovery was possible, and yet, here she is.

Without a doubt this dog is meant to be a God’s gift to a very special family.

She has a very sweet, friendly personality. She loves life and all the attention she gets now.
She is a little on he skittish so, however, and so will need an experienced, patient and consistent family to help her learn that life with them is predictable and safe, and so is she.

She is spayed, vaccinated and completely healthy.
Her adoption fee is $495.
