My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Riley is a wonderful dog. It's heartbreaking that a family member has developed a dog allergy and we have to rehome her. She loves to hike, take walks, play tug and relax with you in the living room. We have a three year old that she does well with. She doesn't play with him, since she is 7 years old, but she doesn't mind him touching her or leaning on her. She knows several commands, "sit, down, off, look at me, round, paw, let's go and come". We have another dog that she loves to play with, which we have to rehome as well :( We also have a cat. She likes to chase the cat on occasion and other times she sleeps with the cat. Riley would be a good fit for a home without pets or one with pets. She has a more independent personality than our other dog, but loves to be with the family too.

We'd love the home she goes to, to have a backyard where she can play, but also be welcome inside. She likes to be outside and we hope her new home will be able to provide her that too.
