Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Banjo! He is a 9.5 year old mix (DNA test pending) - but he is believed to possibly be a Sheltie/Border Collie, with maybe Schipperke or Aussie mixed in! He is a chill guy, & is awesome with dogs of all sizes & kitties too. Banjo is crate trained & house broken. His favorite spot is curled up on the couch near his person. Banjo knows commands such as "sit," "wait," & "come." He also knows his name :) He does well in the car & for the groomer, too. He has a great personality & is very loyal; he's an all around good companion & friend! Because of his mellow nature, a super active or loud household probably wouldn't be his top choice, but his primary goal (& ours) is that he lands a home where he will be loved & spoiled for the rest of his years. The only thing his foster mom really has seen the need to work on, is not pulling on the leash when going somewhere or when Banjo is excited....but he doesn't pull hard, & responds well to correction. Banjo is neutered, current on vaccinations, microchipped, HW tested negative & is current on preventatives. Mr. Banjo even partakes in doggy daycare, & does great there! He is very quiet, but will sometimes whimper with excitement when he's overly excited. He does great being brushed. What can we say, Banjo is a catch! He would make any person very happy, & hopes his forever family scoops him up soon! Want to meet this great man? Applications to set up a meet and greet are at www.misfitangelsrescue.org
