My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"Me and Julio down by the schoolyard." A great cat, Julio is friendly, gentle, desperately wanting love and a home of his own. He is getting used to life inside his foster home, and is hanging out with some house cats. He is gentle, and never shows any aggression toward the cats he must live with now as a foster. He has decided he likes soft cat beds, something he never knew existed while he was roaming around the East New York section of Brooklyn, trying desperately to survive as a friendly stray/castoff cat.
The backstory of this wonderful young boy cat is this:

I was doing trap/neuter/return in a Brooklyn schoolyard when Julio began brushing against me. He wanted to be held! It was confusing because he was a previously spay neutered schoolyard cat who was returned. The feeder knew him as the ear-tipped cat who hung around the feral colony as an outsider, trying to find his way to the food. Who knew, three months later, that this cat was friendly and wanted to be loved? He demonstrates his need for affection every chance he gets. He is a mush, a kisser, a hugger, and a purrer!
He has an ear tip, which adds to his charm. He is the tough looking guy with the heart of gold!

Julio saw the vet right away. He has tested negative for FIV and FELV. He has had his shots and any other medical treatment deemed necessary because he was living outside. He has had stool tests and is healthy.

This young adult, beautiful male cat, is ready for a good home with safety and security! Will you be his special friend? Call or text to meet this wonderful cat at 609-489-3809.
