My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Chandler! He is a 12 week old Boxer/border collie X. He is a very special pup! He was brought into the shelter when he was 8 weeks old, with his siblings. That is way too young of an age to be in a shelter, so we brought them into foster care. 1 week later, he and his brother both had parvo. His brother didn't make it, but Chandler pulled through like a champ. We nursed him back to health and he was just about ready for adoption- and then he was involved in a freak squirrel attack! It fractured his cheek bone, and he had some cuts on his face, but he is well on his way to perfect health again. Just a few leftover scabs and scars are all that remain. He is very special to us, as we have nursed him back to health twice now and he has become an integral part of our life. He is working on housetraining, and doing pretty good with crate training.
