My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet the new love of your life! Juniper is the biggest snuggle bug. This sweet, silly 2 year old bully mix is looking for a home where she can curl up on the couch with her family after a nice walk and maybe a few zoomies. Juniper enjoys playing with her foster sister, romping in the backyard and wrestling a bit but, may be best as the only dog right now for right now. She wants a home where she can get all the loves from her people. She is one smart cookie, Juniper quickly learned sit, stay, and how to walk nicely on leash. More than anything, she is looking for a forever home where she can settle in for good. This little sweet potato was brought in as a stray after having had a litter, and the shelter said no one looked at her for 2 months because she was just so quiet and low key they forgot about her.

Juniper will do best in a home where someone will be around more often than not. She enjoys some alone time in her crate but wants to be around her people. Or any people! This girl loves to socialize. Brunch anyone?

She would do well with children 6+ years as she is still a little clumsy and doesn't know her size. She currently lives with two other bully mixes (male and female) and has done well in meeting smaller dogs and cats.

You can be the happy ending to this "tail" and adopt sweet Juniper today!

Our Thoughts on Visual Breed Identification
Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable. For most of our adoptable Cupids we are only guessing at the predominant breed or breed mix. We think it’s most important is to get to know each dog as an individual! We then do our best to describe each of our adoptable Cupids based on their personalities in order to determine whether they’ll make good companions based on prospective adopters’ lifestyles. Dog behavior is not exclusive to breed — it’s a complex mix of nature and nurture.
