This sweet puppers is Ember! Ember is a lab mixed male, he is roughly four months old. This cutie was found outside along with his two siblings in a small, rural town in southern Missouri. The finder knew that bringing them to their local animal control could end badly for the three, so she searched for a rescue to take them in. They reached out to us, we said yes, and that is how this sweet crew came to be members of the Saving GRACE family, and the rest is history!
Ember is a darling little guy and very much your typical puppy. He has a blast playing with other dogs, people, toys, anything really; and when he is tuckered out he loves to snuggle in a lap. In fact, Ember has been known to help himself to a person’s warm lap whether they invited him up or not. This boy has been very well socialized and is used to a lot going on, he has done great in our busier than average environment. We expect Ember will be a decent sized dog, at least around 40-50 pounds we believe, and he also has a lot of puppy energy too. With this in mind we feel like Ember would do best in an active family; a fenced in yard to romp around in and perhaps another canine buddy in the home would definitely be an added bonus. Ember absolutely loves treats (well, food in general) and toys, which has made him a great candidate for training; he’s already learned a couple of tricks and we are working on potty/crate training as well. Once he is settled in with his new family we have no doubt it will be a breeze to train this cute guy! Ember really is just an all-around sweetheart of a pup, and any family would be lucky to call him their own!
Ember is a foster puppy with Saving GRACE, his adoption fee is $200. Ember is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and more. All this little guy needs now is a family who is ready to open up their hearts and their home to him!
