Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet our gorgeous boy, Tango, aka Denali. Just like the meaning of his name, he is a "Great One." Denali is an 8 month old Golden* mix from Turkey. His foster mom has nothing but amazing things to say about Denali. So much so, that she has debated keeping him so many times!!! He has been with her for a month and its been amazing, even with her 4 children.
He has been learning how to consistently GO POTTY outside, so she gives him lots of treats each time he does. He knows how to use the doggy door and like access to it, while he learns. He would love to snuggle with your on your couch, if allowed. He has however, been introduced to the command OFF, to help him learn what he can and can not get on. Denali is very treat motivated so he is learning other commands quickly as well. He is working on SIT, DOWN and DROP IT, with some consistency. He walks nicely on the leash and enjoys a fun car ride.
Denali is crate trained and while he might need a treat to get IN to the crate he settles nicely in it and will sleep 8hours, mess free.
Denali would do best in a home with another playful dog to ease the separation from his littermate and give him a playmate to keep him happy. He will play with just about any dog willing and engage for hours. There has not been 1 person or dog that Denali hasn't be THRILLED to meet. Denali has been cat tested and appears to not mind, unless the cat is petrified, then he will chase.
Denali's DNA indicates he may be petite, at 8months he is 35lbs. He WISDOM panel suggests he is mix of Golden/Lab/Spaniel/Hound.
