My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Spicy is a senior Jenny who was found neglected at a local livestock auction. Since she's been here, she's had the sweetest personality and has had wonderful ground manners, meaning she must have been loved and doted on at one point of her life.

She hasn't been with us very long, but she became a fast favorite with staff and volunteers both! She absolutely adores to be groomed and just loved on in general.

We currently have her out with out goats and pigs and she's absolutely loving it! We've had her out with a variety of our horses too and she's gotten along with everyone!

Spicy does have chronic laminitis, and although we have it under control now, it does limit where her forever home can be. She needs to be in a home with little to no grass, so that her sugar intake can be monitored and controlled.

Spicy is great for the vet and is absolutely perfect for the farrier and stands like an angel.
