Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Gia - Dachshund/Chi Mix - Female - 3 Years - www.twyla.org
If you'd like to know more about this dog please visit our website at www.Twyla.org
Meet Gia: This cute-as-they-come little girl is sweet and gentle and cuddly. We think she is a Dachshund/Chihuahua mix and about 3 years old, currently about 12 lbs. Gia was found as a stray and has relaxed into a lovely little houseguest in her fosters home. Gia walks well on leash, is well behaved in the house and doesn't chew anything, she just wants to be near her people. She is a little shy when she first meets new people and new dogs, but gets over that quickly. Gia likes to play with toys and enjoys a good treat, she is a little vary of loud noises and sudden movements, so probably best for older kids, if any. Gia is a little slippery out the door if that is left unattended so a secure fence and attention at the door is imperative to keep her safe.
***Please note: All dogs are fostered in private homes of volunteers, so to meet a dog please fill out an Adoption Application on our website (http://www.twyla.org/adopt/our-adoption-process) so we may setup a private meetup with the dog or coordinate for an Introduction at the next general Adoption Meet and Greet (as listed on our website: (http://www.twyla.org/upcoming-events), as not all dogs attend all Meet and Greets***
