Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lucy is a rescue dog that I adopted from Armenia. While in Armenia, Lucy was abused, nearly killed and thrown in the trash. A shelter nearby, adopted her as a puppy, helped her heal from her injuries and recover completely.
Taking in Lucy has been a joy, it’s taught me the importance of caring for an animal and all the challenges that can come with it, especially a rescue dog. Unfortunately, at this time, I feel I cannot give her my full attention and time like I used to. Therefore a new home with an experienced animal owner is what’s best for her.
Now, a few important things about her would be that she’s not fully socialized, I have never had her around other dogs, kids or cats. She’s a super smart dog though, and I guarantee with the right amount of patience, will be socialized in no time. Considering she was abused as a puppy, she does get a bit scared easy, especially by men. In my care, she has never bitten anyone, she just simply hides behind you.
