Frida was saved off the street of La Paz because she had signs of a transmissible venereal tumor. She has been treated over the past few months with chemotherapy. She’s has been given a clean bill of health and is ready to find her forever home.

Her adoption fee is $300

Frida is fostered in Portland, OR
